Travis Klyn pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: unlawful trespass upon land, count two: unlawful trespass upon land and count three: petit larceny.
On count one the court ordered 180 days in jail with credit for 23 days time served and the remaining balance suspended for two years on the condition he have no further violations of the law in Humboldt County.
On count two the court ordered 180 days in jail and on count three the court ordered 180 days in jail with all three counts ordered to run concurrent.
Samantha M. Graham Lutgen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license was cancelled/suspended or revoked. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment + $100 late fee with credit for time served of four days given towards fines and fees.
Trisha Dawn Floyd pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving, amended from an original felony eluding a police officer in a manner posing danger to persons or property. The court ordered credit for time served.
