Feb. 5
Jeffrey Ned Carter pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. 
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with 12 hours credit for time served given and the remaining 36 hours converted to 72 hours house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee.
The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school be completed and a breath interlock device to be installed for 185 days with credit for 132 days of already having it installed. 

Feb. 6
Randolf James Ruiz Jr. pleaded no contest to misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without having evidence of current insurance located therein. 
The court ordered five days in jail with one day credit for time served. Misdemeanor charges of suspended plates, licenses issued by the state required when a person becomes a resident and driving while license is canceled, suspended or revoked were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 

Roque Alejandro Rodriguez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with four hours credit for time served given and remaining 44 hours jail time converted to 44 hours of community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device for 185 days. 
A misdemeanor charge of vehicle entering intersection marked stop or yield was dismissed in open court. 

Feb. 10
Tiffanie Eddington pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment.
