December 10
Agueda Arellano-Sandoval was ordered to serve a suspended sentence of 130 days in jail on a probation violation following a guilty plea to misdemeanor resisting a public officer, ordered to run consecutive sentence in case number 20-CR 00391. In the same case, a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Agueda Arellano-Sandoval was ordered to serve her suspended sentence of 347 days in jail on misdemeanor charges of trespass and disorderly conduct, amended from an original felony indecent or obscene exposure charge following a probation violation guilty plea. She was originally ordered to serve 180 days on each count to run consecutively with credit for 13 days jail time and the jail time suspended for two years on the condition she stay at least 1000 feet away from the victim’s address and obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow the recommendations of such.
Bobby Eric Garza pleaded no contest to misdemeanor petit larceny and unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered six months in jail, suspended for two years on the condition the defendant have no like violations and stay away from Walmart and the Walmart parking lot.
A felony grand larceny charge against Bobby Eric Garza was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to plea negotiations.
A felony possession of a controlled substance charge against Joy Lynn Clark was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations in open court.
Joy Lynn Clark pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of count one: possession of paraphernalia, count two: operating a motor vehicle driver’s license canceled/suspended/revoked and count three: operating an unregistered motor vehicle. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count one, a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on count two and a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count three with credit given for six days time served and $290 of the fines and fees suspended on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law.
A misdemeanor charge of no proof of insurance against Christian Alejandro Gonzalez was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
December 15
Baljit Singh was ordered to pay fines and fees within 60 days on a misdemeanor charge of stop/stand/park, amended from an original charge of passing in a no-passing zone. A misdemeanor charge of driver operating a commercial vehicle without a valid license was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
A misdemeanor drive on suspended/revoked driver’s license charge against Jose Francisco Palma Arriola was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land charge against Ashley Paige Tom was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement in open court.
