Vicki Johnson Nye passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 78.
She was born on February 1, 1942 to Herbert Johnson and Noreen Darr Parker in Lehi, Utah.
Vicki was born and raised in Utah. She graduated from East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She moved to California in 1960 where she met and married Stephen D Nye, her husband of 55 years then in 1991, she made her home in Winnemucca.
She owned the Charme House — Hallmark Store.
She was a member of Humboldt Hospital Auxiliary and the Winnemucca United Methodist Church. Vicki’s hobbies included oil painting, scrapbooking and quilting.
Vicki is survived by her Husband, Stephen (Steve) Nye. Children, Kelli Sims (Vince), Kristin Lawrence, and Sean Nye (Alaine). Grandchildren; Arianna Nye, Brandon McCumber, Darius Ewing, Andre Ewing, Taylor Billows, Cameron Billows, Anthony Sims, Melene Nye, Uzziah Nye and Malachi Walter. Great grandchildren, Raylan McCumber, Kayden Nye, Jameson Ewing, and Maxton Nye. Brothers, Jeffrey Johnson (Margaret) and Gregory Johnson (Debbie).
She is predeceased by her parents, Herbert Johnson and Noreen Darr Parker.
