Ivan Alexander Rangel-Arroyos pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence with one prior conviction charge, amended from a felony driving under the influence with two prior convictions charge.
The court ordered 60 days in jail with 50 days stayed for one year on the condition he serves 10 days with 20 days house arrest time served given.
He was ordered to pay a $400 fine + $140 administrative assessment with a victim impact panel and DUI school ordered with credit for completion of both courses given and a breath interlock device ordered for 12 months with credit given for 12 months.

A felony charge of burglary, gross misdemeanor conspiracy to commit burglary and gross misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property charges against Nicholaus Cody Prock-Lykins were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Nov. 30
Daise Linn Acevedo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor minor in possession/consumption and was set up on a payment plan of $50 per month.
Micah Israel Samarripa pleaded guilty to misdemeanor minor in possession/consumption and was set up on a monthly payment plan of $50 per month or five hours of community service.
Corben Dallas Furnare entered a guilty plea to misdemeanor charges of minor in possession/consumption and basic speed 21 over the limit and was set on monthly payments of $100.
Jamie Rose requested to make $50 monthly payments on a misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge.
Oswaldo Sanchez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and driving on highway having multiple lanes marked for traffic and requested to make monthly payments of $50.
Jacob Owen Telford pleaded guilty to misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and requested to make $100 monthly payments.
Esteban Mendoza-Zuniga pleaded guilty to misdemeanor duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or property.
The defendant provided a copy of his completion of DUI school and victim impact panel at sentencing and the court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for 24 hours time served, leaving a $490 balance.
Other misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence first offense, immediate notice to police of an accident, duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or property and immediate notice to police of accident were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the DA cannot prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Gabriel Albert Wetzel pleaded guilty to misdemeanor failure to use due care, amended from an original misdemeanor reckless/drag racing charge. The court ordered a $155 fine + $95 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of failure to stop or yield when entering a marked intersection against Benny Manolo-Filorio Sage was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
A misdemeanor basic speed 1-10 over charge against Sangram Sandhu was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
A misdemeanor minor in possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage against Hannah Rosalia Urtiz was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
Shalene Rae Smith pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and the court ordered a $400 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $340 of the fines and fees suspended.
Kevin William Lacey Jr. pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs first offense.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed on the condition he serves two days with credit given for two days time served.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed.
Patrick Dominic Vargas failed to appear for a show cause hearing on misdemeanor charges of driving in excess of posted speed zone 11-20 over the limit and driving when privilege as a nonresident is canceled suspended or revoked and the cash bail was forfeited and the case was closed upon the DA’s request.
