Misdemeanor charges of barking dog first and second against Judith Evelyn Meagher were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
August 6
Roger Nuttall pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. The court ordered 180 days in jail with 21 days credit for time served.
A felony burglary charge against Roger Nuttal was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to plea negotiations.
Cameron Jamel Sandoval pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from an original misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The court ordered 180 days in jail with 47 days credit for time served.
Felony charges of possession of stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance against Cameron Jamel Sandoval were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to plea negotiations.
Brenden Tyler Holyoak pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of stolen property. The court ordered $1,642.55 restitution + a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with six days credit for time served given.
A misdemeanor suspended license plate charge against Donald Henriques was dismissed by the DA’s office in open court as proof of registration and valid plates were provided.

Manuel Garza Roman pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ordered credit for time served.
