On July 29, WPD arrested Richard Common, age 25, on felony grand larceny of an automobile and resist obstruct. Bail $21,140.

On July 30, WPD arrested Ashley Nicole Gonzalez, age 24, on felony, misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges of failure to appear after admission to bail, obstructing a peace officer and using id information of another. No bail.
