Agueda Arellando-Sandoval pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 AA with credit given for one day time served.
In another case, a misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land charge against Agueda Arellano-Sandoval was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations in open court.
