The Battle Mountain High School girls soccer team was back at home this past weekend to play a pair of Lyon County schools.
The Lady Longhorns were shut out in both matches, losing 1-0 to Fernley on Friday.
Yerington made its way to Battle Mountain on Saturday and left with an 7-0 victory.
The Lions led 1-0 after 40 minutes of play, but scored six goals in the second half.
Battle Mountain dropped to 1-3-1 in league play and 1-6-1 overall.
Battle Mountain travels to White Pine on Friday for a 5 p.m. start and West Wendover on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The road trip continues on Sept. 27 at Fernley, Sept. 28 at Yerington and Oct. 3 at Pershing County.
