Scott Edwin Ham pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered credit for five days jail time served.

A charge of misdemeanor injury to other property against Joseph William Huelsen was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the parties have come to a settlement agreement.
