On Oct. 13, David Brian Kemnitz, 47, of Lovelock, was booked for Vehicle entering intersection marked stop or yield, stop required on signal of peace officer-felony off, reckless driving/drag racing, duty to stop at accident-property damage, P and P violation, and driving under the influence-1st offense.
