Joel David Utter pleaded guilty to DUI, 2nd Offense. Sentence: $950. Victim Impact Panel. Program of treatment for the abuse of alcohol. Breath ignition interlock device. 3 AA meetings per week. Abstain from the consumption/possession of alcohol. Serve 180 days, credit 12 hours time served. 39 ½ days to be served. Balance of 140 days suspended for 12 months under the conditions that the defendant has no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and that the defendant complies with sentencing requirements.
