The Battle Mountain High School boys soccer team earned a split of its final two matches of the year,
Battle Mountain lost 3-1 to Dayton on Friday afternoon, as the Dust Devils scored twice in the first half.
The Longhorns rallied on Saturday for a 3-1 win over Whittell. Battle Mountain finished the year 3-7-2 in league play and 3-10-2 overall.
