Oct. 8

Jeramie Leon Dronby pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. 

The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of tow years, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days with credit for 12 hours time served and the remaining 36 hours converted to community service or 72 hours of house arrest. 

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and a victim impact panel and DUI school was ordered with a breath interlock device to be used for 185 days.

A second charge of speed 1-10 miles per hour over the limit was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Oct. 10

Trevor Otto Heitman pleaded no contest to driving under the influence, second offense. The court ordered 60 days in jail with 50 days stayed for a period of two years on the condition he serve 10 days, with credit for 10 days time served. 

The court ordered a $750 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed with a breath interlock device required for a period of 12 months. 

Misdemeanor charges of tail lamps required and operating a vehicle while license is cancelled/suspended/revoked because of NRS 484C.110 was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
