Michael Todd Rosencrantz pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while license is cancelled or revoked. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment. 



Oct. 23

Michael Todd Rosencrantz pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: resisting a public officer, count two: driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked and count three: failure to obtain a nevada driver’s license within 30 days of residence. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count one, a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on count two and a $100 fine + $95 on count three. Counts two and three were ordered to run concurrent with count one. 



Patricia Horchar pleaded guilty to misdemeanor leave child unattended in a motor vehicle. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment. 



Dominick Frank Agnello was found guilty of basic speed 21-30 over limit at a bench trial. The court ordered a $150 fine + $95 administrative assessment, with fines and fees suspended for six months on the condition the defendant has no like violations. 



Jose A. Zuniga-Villa pleaded previously pleaded guilty to misdemeanor engaging in business without a license. On September 12, 2018 the court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with all fines and fees suspended for a period of nine months on the condition he get his contractor’s license. On October 23, 2019 the case dismissed in open court on a motion by the district attorney pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Juan Manuel Chavez-Mendoza pleaded guilty to misdemeanor breach of peace. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for two days time served. 

The court suspended the remaining fines and fees for six months on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law. 



A misdemeanor charge of harassment against Juan Manuel Chavez-Mendoza was dismissed on a motion by the district attorney in open court pursuant to a global resolution.
