Elena Maguey Harris pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serves two days with credit for two days time served.

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee with credit for one day time served. The court ordered DUI school and a victim impact panel be completed, and to have a breath interlock device for a period of 185 days. A misdemeanor charge of operating an unregistered vehicle was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Rebecca Marguerite Wallace pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition that she serves two days with credit for two days time served.

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee with credit for five days time served given toward fee balance. The court ordered the defendant to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school and have the breath interlock device for 185 days. 

Misdemeanor charges of open container and driving on a highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Amanda Marianne Spears pleaded guilty to one count misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. 

On count one the court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment fee. On counts two and three the court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on each count (2).

The defendant was given credit for 18 days time served, with the fines and fees for count one suspended on the condition she pays the remaining $480 for counts two and three within 30 days. 

A felony possession of a controlled substance charge against Spears was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.



May 14

A misdemeanor petit larceny charge against Cody Lun Andrews was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a plea negotiation; the defendant has paid the restitution in full. 



A misdemeanor suspended registration as a result of DUI against Anthony Ray Lambert was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office due to a deferred prosecution agreement. 



Misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/canceled/revoked and operating an unregistered vehicle against Drew Richard McCormick were dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office due to a deferred prosecution agreement.
