Connie Elaine Grenlee pleaded guilty to misdmeeanor operating a motor vehicle while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked and obedience to police. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on count one and a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on obedience to police.
The defendant was given credit for five days time served and the court suspended the remaining balance on the condition that the defendant obtain no like violations.
Alvin Earl Dick pleaded guilty to misdemeanor public intoxication. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment and credit for time served was given.
April 26
Aaron Charles Soraci pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. T
he court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve two days with credit for one day time served and the remaining 24 hours converted to community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. A breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days and the defendant was ordered to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school. The court dismissed a misdemeanor charge of rights/duties of traffic and pedestrians upon signal displayed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

Misdemeanor charges of domestic battery first offense and violation of a temporary or extended restraining order against Elizabeth Anne Allen was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the county could not prove the cases beyond a reasonable doubt.
April 30
Misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on right of highway required against Shania Elizabeth Jimenez were dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
Jameela Shireen Wilmoth aka Jamie Wilmoth pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years, stayed jail time on the condition she serve two days or complete 48 hours of community service as an alternative for the jail time.
The defendant was ordered to pay a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee, along with completing a victim impact panel and DUI school. A breath interlock device was ordered for a period of 365 days. A misdemeanor charge of driving on highway having multiple marked lanes for traffic was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea agreements.
Amanda Joy Dick pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for four days time served.
Kim Petersen was found not guilty of misdemeanor unlawful use of handheld wireless device at a bench trial.
