Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence first offense and driving in excess of posted speed 21-30 over limit against Robert Douglas Sonovick were dismissed on a motion by the district attorney's office.

Michael Carl Pappa pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful wildlife act, amended from an original gross misdemeanor charge of guiding without a Nevada guide license. The court ordered a $340 fine + $115 administrative assessment +$1,000 civil penalties to be paid in full in 60 days. A charge of conspiracy to guiding without a Nevada guide license was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Scott Leon Jones pleaded guilty to count one: operating a vehicle without a valid license, count two: operating an unregistered vehicle and count three: drugs which may not be introduced into inter-state commerce. The court ordered one day credit for time served on count one, one day credit for time served on count two and six days credit for time served on count three. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance against Scott Leon Jones was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
