Cullen James Hume pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery.

The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment fee for operating a motor vehicle while license is canceled/suspended or revoked, a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment for convicted person failure to update address change and $600 fine + $140 for operating a motor vehicle without current proof of insurance.
The defendant was given credit for five days jail time served and the court suspended the remaining balance owed on the condition the defendant abstain from further violations no controlled substances and alcohol.
