McDermitt High School junior Jagger Hinkey was named as the Co-Player of the year in the Eastern 1A Division along with Jerry Martinez from Jackpot.
Hinkey averaged nearly 19 points and eight rebounds a game this season..The junior was near three assists, three steals and two blocks a game.
MHS junior Ben Draunidalo was placed on the first team.
Draunidalo averaged nearly 16 points and seven rebounds a game, to go with 2.2 assists.
Joining him on the first team were Riley Stewart from Wells, Hugo Sanchez from Jackpot, Chase Green from Eureka, and Chance McKinney from Owyhee.
The second team is comprised of Brent Battenfeld from Wells, John Henderson from Carlin, Gage Hayward from Eureka, Rigo Cordova from Owyhee, and Steve Rodriguez from Wells.
MHS boys Alex Navarro and Andrew Villalobos both received honorable mention honors.
Villalobos averaged nearly three points, seven rebounds and one steal a game.
Navarro netted just a little over two points a game with 2.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.7 steals.
The remainder of the honorable mention team includes Carlos Comacho and Emanuel Salas from Jackpot, John Gamble from Carlin, Zac Garcia from Eureka, Decorian Sam from Owyhee, and Jared Martinez and Sergio Soriano from Wells.
