Michaela Anne Hodges pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery. The court ordered 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days time served.
Nicholas Paul Spencer was found guilty of misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $200 for warrant and late fee.
The defendant was ordered to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended for a period of six months on the condition he has no further like violations other than minor traffic violations. The defendant was ordered to no alcohol and no narcotics. The defendant was ordered to pay $44.96 in restitution and is permanently trespassed from Walmart.

The court ordered the defendant to 7 days in jail with credit for time served. A second charge of theft was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
