Marcel Maddox-Bey was found guilty of misdemeanor charges of count one: basic speed 21-30 over the limit, count two: driving without a valid license and count three: unregistered vehicle second offense.
The court ordered a $70 fine + $40 administrative assessment (AA) on count one, a $1,000 fine + $140 AA on count two and a $1,000 fine + $140 AA on count three. The fines were converted to 24 days of jail time served.

Jacob Michael Skar pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, count three: driving in excess of posted speed zone 31-40 over limit and count four: no driver’s license in possession (amended from an original charge of driving while license is canceled, suspended or revoked).
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment (AA) on count one, a $500 fine + $140 AA on count two, a $310 fine + $115 AA on count three and $25 fine + $50 AA on count four.
The defendant was given credit for two days time served and is to complete 100 hours of community service in lieu of $1,000 of the fines.

The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serves two days, with credit given for one day time served and credit for community service to go toward jail time.
