June 4

Gary Dean Wangen Jr. pleaded no contest to misdemeanor convicted person to notify local law enforcement of change of address. 

The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for 36 ours time served with the balance suspended on the condition he notifies the administrative office in the detention center of his current address when released. 



Alexsa Dawn Park pleaded guilty to misdemeanor count one: duty upon damaging an unattended vehicle or other property and count two: immediate notice to a police officer of an accident involving an unattended vehicle or other property.

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count one and a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count two. The court suspended $500 for six months on the condition she has no like violations. 



A misdemeanor charge of misdemeanor domestic battery first offense against John Ames was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the case could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. 



A misdemeanor charge of basic speed too fast for conditions against Kevin Don Duncan was amended to a basic speed citation 1-10 over. 



June 5

A misdemeanor charge of battery against Sasha Monique Arellano was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. 



Jace Michael Timmer pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered 18 days in jail with credit for time served with the defendant still trespassed from the Winnemucca Jack in the Box.



Chelsea Brianne Eldridge was found guilty of misdemeanor false reporting of a crime at a bench trial. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment. The court suspended $500 on the condition the defendant has no like violations. 



June 11

Christopher Grochow pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + 140 administrative assessment with credit for four days time served. 

The court suspended the remaining balance on the condition the defendant have no like violations and ordered the defendant to have no alcohol. 



Christianna Hume pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny and unlawful trespass on land. The court ordered a $1,000 fine and $140 administrative assessment for petit larceny and $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on unlawful trespass upon land. 

The defendant was ordered to complete five hours of community service or pay $50 per month toward fines and fees. The defendant is trespassed from the Winnemucca WalMart. 



A misdemeanor battery charge against Stacy Allison Bennett was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.



A misdemeanor battery charge against Scott Allan Fredricey was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
