Terence Adaki Yazzie pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.



July 9

Maribel T. Hepburn was found guilty of count one: driving under the influence first offense, count two: no headlights and count three: resisting a public officer in a bench trial. 

The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serves two days, converted to 48 hours of community service. 

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device for 185 days.

On count two the court ordered a $65 fine + $50 administrative assessment and on count three a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment.



A misdemeanor charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked against Adam Kilpack was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. In another case, misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled, suspended or revoked and disobedience of a traffic control device were also dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. 



Randall Vernon Richardson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while license is revoked. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment.

A misdemeanor charge of failure to dim lights was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Misdemeanor charges of current registration required, driving without a valid license and no proof of insurance against James Lee Tolbert were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. 



July 10

Daniel Christopher Crocker pleaded no contest to misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled, suspended or revoked.

The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment and given the option to pay fines and fees or complete five hours of community service. 



July 11

Autumn May Becker pleaded no contest to misdemeanor petit larceny. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment, with $540 of the fines and fees suspended on the condition that the defendant has no like violations. 



A misdemeanor duty upon damaging an unattended vehicle or other property charge against Steven Lawrence Dixon was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the victim was not able to be contacted as reported by the DA’s office.



Misdemeanor charges of resisting a public officer and basic speed 41-50 against Shawn Austin Cox were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. 

A felony charge of eluding a police officer in a manner posing danger to person/property against Cox was also dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
