Troy Michaels Jock pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of unlawful trespass upon land. The court deemed the defendant permanently trespassed from Walmart and 90 days in the Humboldt County Detention Center with 90 days stayed on the condition that the defendant obtains a substance abuse evaluation and follow all subsequent counselor recommendations. 

The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 on each count. 



Andrew Louis Haga pleaded guilty to two counts misdemeanor resisting a public officer and unlawful trespass upon land. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on each count of resisting a public officer and a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on the trespass charge. The defendant was given credit for 16 days ($1,600) time served to be credited to fines and fees. The court suspended the remaining fines and fees for one year on the condition the defendant has no additional like violations of the law. 



Wilford Ernie Crutcher Sr. was found guilty of driving under the influence second offense. The court ordered 60 days jail with 50 days stayed for a period of two years, stayed jail time on the condition he serves 10 days, completed in no less than 48 hours per stay and to have all 10 stays completed within 90 days. The court ordered a $900 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered the defendant to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school. The court waived a 12-month breath interlock device order due to undue hardship. A second charge of failure to use due care was ordered to run concurrently with count one.
