Everado Carrillo pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days or complete 48 hours of community service as an alternative to jail.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court waived DUI school and victim impact panel, breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days.
The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. Pursuant to plea negotiations, a charge of basic speed was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Gurmit Singh was found guilty of misdemeanor basic speed 1-10 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. The court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment fee.
Johnnie Brendan Vlahos Noble pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense, amended from an original charge of driving under the influence second offense.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed on the condition he serves two days, or complete 36 hours community service with credit for twelve hours time served.
