Steven Ray Starkey pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment.
Eric Veldon Ditmars was found guilty of misdemeanor stopped emergency vehicle with flashing lights/duty of driver at a bench trial. The court ordered $150 fine + $95 administrative assessment.

Steven Lawrence Dixon was found guilty of misdemeanor injury or destruction of property at a bench trial. The court ordered $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $500 suspended on the condition the defendant have no further like violations and pay restitution in the amount of $250 to the Humboldt County Treasurer.
A gross misdemeanor charge of child abuse/neglect or endangerment against Kacy Joseph Logan was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office, pursuant to plea negotiations.
