Dec. 18

Alexis Victoria Tafoya pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 90 days jail with 88 days stayed for a period of two years on the condition she serve two days, with credit for 12 hours. 

The defendant was given the option of completing 36 hours of community service as an alternative to jail time.

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered DUI school to be completed by the defendant. 

A breath interlock device was ordered for 12 months and the defendant is to enter into a residential treatment program as soon as possible.

The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician, no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.

Other charges of driving without a valid license, suspended plates and two counts of stop/stand/park were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.





Dec. 21

Anthony Agustine McKinney pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $26 restitution with credit for time served of four days and the remaining balance of fines and fees suspended on the condition that the defendant pays $26 restitution and write an apology letter to the victim in the matter. 





Dec. 26

Roma Isaura Zepeda pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of count one: driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked and count three: a person riding upon the bed of a flatbed truck or within the bed of a pickup. 

On count one the court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment. On count three the court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed on a previous motion by the DA’s office. 





A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery against Reagan Rae Fransway was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. 





Dec. 27

Michael Christopher Ingram pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment with credit for time served. 





Armando Acevedo Jr. pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving with license canceled or suspended. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment with credit for time served. 

Richard James Bent pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment with credit for time served.
