Jan. 30

Hugo Lopez-Trujillo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault. The court ordered credit for time served of 16 days.

Feb. 12

Samuel McBrayer Lackey pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days, with the two days converted to 36 hours of community service.

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The defendant was ordered to complete DUI school and victim impact panel, and a breath interlock device for a period of 185 days. The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. A misdemeanor charge of fail to drive within marked lanes was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 

A misdemeanor charge of contracting without a license against John G. McNally was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.



Lorenzo Jurrien Spee pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, on the condition he serves one day within 24 hours. The court ordered a $400 fine + 125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. 

The court ordered the defendant to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school. The court ordered the defendant to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. A misdemeanor charge of driving in excess of speed zone 11-20 over the limit was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.  



Christy Hinch was found guilty of count one, proof of insurance required and count two, fictitious or revoked registration. On count one, the court ordered a $385 fine + $115 administrative assessment. On count two, the court ordered a $250 fine + $150 administrative assessment, to run concurrent to count one.



A misdemeanor charge of advertising without a license against Jose Zuniga-Garcia was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement. 



Feb. 14

Misdemeanor charges of assault and battery against Reagan Rae Fransway were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office, pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Feb. 15

Joel Flores pleaded guilty to misdemeanor dog at large first offense. The court ordered four days credit for time served. 

Hugo Alfonso Lopez-Trujillo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled, suspended or revoked, count two: misdemeanor operating an unregistered motor vehicle and count three: open container.

On count one the court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment. On count two the court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment. On count three the court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment. 



Hugo Alfonso Lopez-Trujillo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: tail lamps, count two: seat belt required, count three: operating a vehicle with a canceled/suspended or revoked license, count four: possession of marijuana, count five: minor in possession of alcohol and count six: possession of paraphernalia.

On count one the court ordered a $25 fine + 50 administrative assessment (AA). On count two the court ordered a $25 fine + $50 AA. On count three the court ordered a $250 fine + $105AA. On count four the court ordered a $600 fine + $140 AA.

 On count five the court ordered a $250 + $105 AA. On count six the court ordered a $500 fine + $140 AA. The court gave the defendant credit for 59 hours of community service while in custody.
