Jan. 30
Trevor Otto Heitman pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. A separate charge of driving without due care was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years with credit for time served of 12 hours, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days, converted to 36 hours of community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment fee + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered DUI school and victim impact panel to be completed by the defendant. A breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days. The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.

Lindsey David Tom pleaded guilty to driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked, the court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment.
Tom also pleaded guilty to unlawful trespass upon land, for which the court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment.
