The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on count one and a $600 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count two, with 14 days credit for time served given toward the fines and fees.
Carlos Castaneda was sentenced to a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on a misdemeanor charge of dangerous or vicious dog.
The court ordered restitution to be paid to the victim in the amount of $137.81 and that Castaneda provide proof of rabies vaccination for all animals in his possession by December 15, 2019.
