Union Township Justice Court

Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence first offense, obedience to device for control of traffic, speed 11-20 miles per hour over, reckless driving, fail to drive within marked lanes and hit and run property damage against Michael Wayne Eggers II were dismissed as the defendant was reported by the DA’s office to be deceased. 



Julian Gallarzo-Herrera pleaded guilty to misdemeanor duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property. 

The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $500 suspended on the condition he have no like violations. A second misdemeanor charge of immediate notice of accident involving unattended vehicle/other property was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Wesley David Strickler pleaded no contest to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property.

 The court ordered  a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $400 restitution with $500 suspended on the condition the defendant complete drug court on his other case. 



Stacy William Ashby pleaded guilty to driving under the influence second offense. The court ordered 60 days jail with 50 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve 10 days. 

The defendant was given credit for 12 hours time served and the remaining 88 hours was converted into community service. 

The court ordered a $875 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device for a period of 12 months.

 A misdemeanor charge of stop/stand/park outside business/residence was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
