Cole Eugene Hill pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days, with credit for seven hours time served.
The remaining 41 hours were converted to community service. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days with credit for 163 days. A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
July 25
Eugenia Tafoya pleaded no contest to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serves two days with credit for one day time served, with the remaining one day converted to 24 hours of community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. Fines and fees were converted to 59 hours of community service and she was ordered to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school with the breath interlock device waived due to undue hardship.
Misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain lane and resisting a public officer were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Ned Thurman Northrup Jr. pleaded no contest to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for seven days time served.
A felony burglary charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
July 29
Rodney Wayne Armstrong pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days with credit for one day time served and the remaining one day converted to 24 hours of community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed. Misdemeanor charges of basic speed 11-20 over limit and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Lenny Dean Jakich pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days with credit for 12 hours time served and the remaining 36 hours converted to community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee, victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device for a period of 185 days and credit for 13 days toward breath interlock device was given as the device was installed prior to the hearing. A misdemeanor charge of failure to obey a traffic control device was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

Ashley Alene Bundrock pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serves two days, converted to 48 hours of community service. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee.
The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days with credit for 35 days. A misdemeanor charge of driving on the right half of highway required was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Katie Morfin was found guilty of misdemeanor battery at a bench trial. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $105 restitution.
Akwasi A. Ntim was found guilty of misdemeanor charges of count one: basic speed 11-20 over and count two: expired plates at a bench trial. The court ordered a $190 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count one and a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count two.
A misdemeanor charge of fail to stop or yield against Christine Sassenrath was dismissed on a motion by the DAs office in open court.
A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance against Alexis Moises Acevedo was dismissed without prejudice pursuant to NRS 174.085 one time dismissal on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.

Jeremy Jay Hinkey pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of destroy or injure real/personal property of another, amended from an original charge of gross misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property.
The court ordered credit for time served with restitution owed in the amount of $952.92. The court ordered a $385 fine + $115 administrative assessment.
A felony charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle against Donald Lee Johnson was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
Chelsea Brianne Eldridge pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disturbing the peace, amended from an original charge of domestic battery first offense. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment with one day credit for time served.
