A felony possession of a controlled substance charge against Louis Castleberry was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Louis Castleberry pleaded guilty to count one: fictitious registration and ten misdemeanor counts of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count one and a $360 fine + $140 administrative assessment on each count of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, to run concurrent with count one.

A misdemeanor failure or refuse to surrender plates charge against Julianna C. Dorrington was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Mary Jo Dow pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving, amended from an original charge of driving under the influence. The court ordered a $750 fine + $140 administrative assessment, along with an order to complete DUI school and victim impact panel. A second misdemeanor charge of driving on a divided highway was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
A misdemeanor charge of stalking against Carlos Aguilar Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
Four counts of misdemeanor unlawful disposal of solid waste or sewage against David Emmons Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.

A misdemeanor charge of obedience to a traffic control device against Travis Dean Crawford was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of a handheld wireless device, second offense was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
