Tomie Rogers pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of hit and run property damage. The defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $1000 + $140 AA + $654.70 in restitution. The court suspended $1,000 on the condition that the defendant pay restitution and have no like violations. A review hearing was set for Nov. 5. A separate charge of failure to immediately report a traffic accident was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Sept 19
Josiah Samuel Kincaid pleaded no contest to a charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery. The defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 + $140 AA. He was ordered to provide proof of completion of anger management.
In a separate hearing, Josiah Samuel Kincaid pleaded guilty to a charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery first offense. He was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 + $140 AA, with the fines and fees to run concurrent with his other case. He was ordered to provide proof of completion of anger management classes.
Reagan Rae Fransway pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. She was ordered to pay a fine of $250 + $105 AA, converted to two days time served and credit for two days time served. She was admonished on her no drinking order. A review hearing for a possible contempt of court hearing date was set for Oct. 22.

Adam C. Kilpack pleaded guilty to a charge of battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery first offense. The defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 + $140 administrative assessment (AA) and given credit for five days time served leaving a balance of $640. The court suspended the remaining balance for six months on the condition the defendant have no like violations.
John Kent Fulkrod pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence first offense, amended from an original charge of license plate display. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve two days. He was given credit for one day time served. He was ordered to pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee + $250 public defender fee. He was ordered to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school. He was ordered to attend one Alcoholics Anonymous meeting per week with monthly reports to the court.
He was also ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.
A felony charge of driving under the influence with a prior felony conviction against John Kent Fulkrod was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Sept 21
Two counts of battery against Gregory Lee Montgomery were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Alex Jay Holm pleaded no contest to a charge of fail to immediately report an accident. He was ordered to pay a fine of $500 + $140 AA. A separate charge of reckless driving was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
In a review hearing, a charge of battery against Derick James McKinney was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to the defendant complying with terms of deferred prosecution.
Sept 24
James Lampkin Jr. pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of basic speed 1-10 miles per hour over. He was ordered to pay a total of $55 fines and fees within 30 days.
