Misdemeanor charges of dangerous or vicious dog and dog at large against Jesse John-Patrick Adams were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor battery charge against Alex Bennie Romo was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations as the defendant fulfilled deferred sentencing requirements.

Dustin Lee Falls pleaded guilty to violating a no passing zone law. He was ordered to pay a fine of $205 + $105 AA. The district attorney dismissed a basic speed charge pursuant to plea negotiations.
Kaci Rae Kraft pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of basic speed 21-30 over the speed limit, amended from an original charge of speed contest.
The defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $210 + $105 AA. A separate charge of operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is cancelled/suspended/revoked was dismissed pursuant to plea negotiations.
