Adam Dean Watson pleaded guilty to DUI, first offense. The plea resulted in: fine $686, DUI school, victim impact panel and sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for 8 hours time served. Defendant is to complete 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. Balance of 28 days is suspended for 12 months under the conditions that the defendant complies with sentencing requirements and that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offense.
