Torri Lynn Hinkey pleaded no contest to failure to possess a drivers license and improperly mounted headlamps. For failure to possess a drivers license, the court ordered a $25 blackjack fee.
For improperly mounted headlamps, the court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment. The defendant requested to do community service in jail for the fines. The court approved the request. A no proof of insurance charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the defendant provided proof of insurance.

Javier Nandis-Jaimes was found guilty of a misdemeanor basic speeding (1-10 over) charge at a bench trial. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment fee.
Jordan Diaz pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of injury to other property and minor in consumption/possession of alcohol. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment. The court suspended $800 for six months on the condition that the defendant have no like violations. Count two will run concurrent to count one.
A misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license against Larry Linn Wilfong was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of obedience to traffic control device against Leonard Madrid was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of defrauding a proprietor of a hotel, inn, restaurant, motel or similar establishment against Veronica Alcaraz was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Chad Wade Lindsey pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of resisting a public officer. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment. The defendant was given credit for nine days time served.
The court suspended the remaining balance on the condition the defendant have no like violations.
