The Lowry girls varsity soccer team matched up against conference rivals South Tahoe and Incline last weekend. The Vikings and the Highlanders gave the host a tough time, winning 7-0 and 1-0 respectively.
South Tahoe came into the game undefeated and advanced to 16-0 in league play. They squared off against North Tahoe (11-4) on Monday, Oct. 22; results of the contest were not available at press time.
Incline moved to 10-5 with their win over the Lady Bucks and took on Truckee (11-2) Tuesday Oct. 23; results of the contest were not available at press time.
The Lady Buckaroos conference record now sits at 2-12-1.
North Valleys (9-5-2), Spring Creek (6-6-2), Elko (4-10), Churchill County (Fallon) (3-10), and Sparks (0-14-1) round out the 3A Northern League A standings.
The last two games for Lowry are on the road at Spring Creek on Thursday,
Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. and Elko at 4 p.m. on Friday Oct. 26.
