Brecklon James Caudell-McKenzie was delivered on October 1st, 2018 at 6:26 pm to the proud parents Shelby Rae Caudell and Tyson Michael McKenzie. Brecklon is the parents first child.
Brecklon weighed 3 lbs 3 ounces and was 14 ½ inches long. He resembled his father greatly.
When Shelby went in for an appointment at 25w5d, a Pericardial Teratoma on his heart was discovered.
This would require surgery at birth. At 28 weeks, Brecklon was delivered via emergency c-section. It is with great grief to inform that Brecklon passed away during his surgery, crossing over the rainbow bridge 1 hour and 1 minute after birth at 7:27 pm.
