Patrick Henry Smith, 52, of Golconda, Nevada died on September 21, 2018 in Winnemucca, Nevada.
Patrick was born on November 12, 1965 in Carmichael, California to Ronald H. and Janice K. (Miller) Smith and was married to Elizabeth L. Smith.
He was an Elder and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints. He enjoyed fishing, camping, family trips, horseback riding, baseball and hunting.
Patrick is survived by his wife Elizabeth Smith; children Meaghann Smith, Ryan Smith, Jonathon Work, Caitlin Smith, James Work, William Smith, Jesse Smith, Robert Smith and Alexandria Smith; grandchildren Tyson Grimm, Mackenzie Grimm, M. Wade Frazier, Jayden Frazier, Autumn Smith and Atreyu Smith; his parents Ronald and Janice Smith; brothers John W. (Lori) Smith and R. Mark (Sue) Smith.
He was greeted in heaven by his mother-in-law Linda A. Amiero, his niece Alexis Pina-Howard, and his grandparents Leola B. Tennison, William E. Smith, Verna J. Smith, Otto J. Miller and A. Bertha Miller.
The family wishes to thank the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department officers and detectives; Humboldt General Hospital Ambulance and flight crew and all the emergency department nurses and doctors for all their assistance.
A memorial service for Patrick will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the LDS Stake Center at 111 McArthur Ave in Winnemucca, NV.
