The Battle Mountain High School girls golf team concluded its regular season last week in Round Mountain and finished second as a team to White Pine.
Destiny Villanueva placed third overall with a round of 110. Adriana Robles was fifth overall at 111.
Adriene Burkhart (112) and Briana Malone (132) rounded out the scored for Battle Mountain.
“Adriana and Destiny placed yet again receiving individual medals,” said BMHS coach Roger Wallock. “We only have the state tournament left and our season is finished. We hope to go and represent BMHS and the community well.”
Battle Mountain took part in the NIAA 2A State Championships on Monday and Tuesday. Results were not available at press time.
