Cory James Widner signed a civil confession of judgment in the amount of $250 after previously ordered restitution had not been paid for a misdemeanor charge of duty to stop at scene involving an accident involving damage to vehicle or property.
He previously pleaded guilty to the charge in April 2017 and was fined $1,000 + $140 administrative assessment (AA) with credit for time served, along with $250 ordered to be paid in restitution for the deductible of the victim.
Sept. 24
Terrance Tipton pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve two days. He was given credit for two days time served and was ordered to pay a fine of $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee.
He was ordered to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school.
He was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. Other charges of open container and driving in excess of posted speed zone were dismissed pursuant to plea negotiations.
