Marilyn R. Peters, 80, of Winnemucca, Nevada died on September 14, 2018 at Humboldt General Hospital.
Marilyn was born on February 18, 1938 in California to Esther and Byron Raymond. She was born and raised in Southern California, she moved to Winnemucca in 1973. Marilyn worked at Winners Inn as a waitress for twenty five years.
She enjoyed camping, road trips, family, her animals, watching all of the kids play sports and puzzles.
Marilyn is survived by her children Marian Ritt, Debbie Solis, Michelle (Mike) Sutton, Danny (Octavio) Cuyler, Tammie (Lonnie) Lair, Shannon Cuyler and step son Jerry Peters; grandchildren Anita (Lamar) Ritt, Chris (Sylvia) Solis, Fermin (Nelly) Solis, Stacy (James) White, Jennifer Pierce and Rob Pierce; great-grandchildren Viviana (Alberto) Estrada, Darian, Dominick, DeAndre and Jacob Solis, Natasha, Ayden, Aurora and Nathaniel White, Shiyan Eddings, Wade Gentry and Eva Pierce; great-great grandchildren Josiah, Jaydian and Jiovonte Estrada. There are numerous nieces, nephews and many others that called her Mom and Gramma.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Frank Peters.
The family would like to thank the Winnemucca Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for all the care and attention they gave to mom.
A memorial service was held on Monday September 17, 2018 at Sonoma Funeral Home in Winnemucca, NV.
