Peterbilt Trucking won the 2018 Spare Time Bowl Fall Classic held Nov. 9-11 at Spare Time Bowl in Winnemucca.
The Winnemucca Inn provided $2,400 in prize money and Winners Inn contributed $1,000. Nearly 110 bowlers, 88 of them from out of town, competed in the three-day tournament. More than $10,000 in prize money was awarded.
Peterbilt Trucking won the top prize of $3,000 and team members included Danny Mandapat, Adam Wilson and Cesar Rojas.
Beyond Rev’s (Nick Tanner, Jeff Morley, Chris Walker) finished second and earned $2,500. 3 Amigos (Taylor Prather, Christian Salazar, Jasin Richards) placed third and won $2,000. Bowl 2 Win (Dan Allen, Pam Buckner, Dave Lethcoe) were fourth and won $1,200.
Wookin’ Pa Nub (Bruce Haylett, Dante Bernal, Mike Boecher) placed fifth and won $1,000 and Kiss Tha Baby (Gary Hudgins, Craig McLinden, Doug Haylett) were sixth and took home $850.
Barber Jockey’s (John Barber, Rich Sharp, Justin Yates) placed seventh and Lots of Hand (Robert Landis, Alex Suponch, Casey Knuston) finished in eighth.
The high team game went to Water Street Boys (James Medina. Carl Bond, Ajay Walters) with a 768 series. Jason Doushman high individual game at 300. The high average out of the money went to Walters at 235.75. Patrick Foley, Jr. had the high individual points won/out of the money with 20.
In the first day of the tournament, Beyond Rev’s was first with 5,251 pins. Wookin’ Pa Nub and Three Jacks were second and thirds, respectively.
