Troy Michaels Jock pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment. Other charges of requirements for turning on a highway, license plate improperly displayed and stop required were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

A felony charge of illegal use of a stun gun against Robert Edward Ross was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Robert Edward Ross pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery, amended from battery. The court ordered a $200 fine + $105 administrative assessment + $35 special assessment fee.
The defendant was given credit for four days time served. He was ordered to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years, with credit for two days time served.
He was ordered to 48 hours community service with two days time served. The court ordered the defendant to complete 26 sessions of batterers intervention counseling with monthly reports to the court.
The court ordered the defendant to abstain from alcohol, controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.
He was also admonished that pursuant to NRS 176.337, possession, shipment, transportation or receipt of a firearm or ammunition may constitute a felony. The order to surrender firearms was reviewed and signed by the defendant.
Pedro Ramses Beltran-Pena pleaded guilty to possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from an original felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Prior to the sentence hearing, the court ordered the defendant pay outstanding failure to appear fees. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.

Princeton E. Brown pleaded not guilty to a charge of drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce. The charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Brown pleaded no contest to driving when privilege as a nonresident is canceled/suspended/revoked.

The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, stayed jail time on the condition she serves two days with credit for 36 hours time served with the option to complete one day house arrest for the remaining 12 hours. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered the defendant to complete a victim impact panel and DUI school.
