Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence first offense and driving in excess of posted speed 11-20 miles per hour over against Justus Akwenuke were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Victor Manuel Tinoco pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery first offense. The court ordered a $200 fine + $105 administrative assessment + $35 special assessment fee.
The court also ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years with credit for time served.
The court ordered 48 hours of community service to be completed by the defendant along with 26 sessions of batterers intervention counseling, with monthly reports to the court.
The defendant was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and no further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. The defendant was admonished that pursuant to NRS 176.337, possession, shipment, transportation or receipt of a firearm or ammunition may constitute a felony. The defendant was ordered to and signed an order to surrender firearms.

Robert Baker was found not guilty of a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery at a bench trial.
A gross misdemeanor charge of injury to or destruction of property against Oscar David Galarza was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Misdemeanor charges of resisting a public officer and operating a motor vehicle without having evidence of current insurance located therein were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Geoffrey Mitchell Montano pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery first offense. The court ordered a $200 fine + $105 administrative assessment + $35 special assessment.
He was ordered to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of 2 years with 12 hours credit for time served.
The court ordered 48 hours of community service to be completed by the defendant, as well as 26 sessions of batterers intervention counseling with monthly reports to the court.
