Gloria King, 67, passed away on Nov. 1st, 2018 in Winnemucca, NV from cancer. She was born on May 19th, 1951 to Therman & Louise Hill in Springfield, OR.
She married Lafayette (Butch) King on December 21st, 1967 then moved to Prineville, OR where she lived for 47 years before moving to Nevada in 2015.
Her hobbies included puzzles, agate hunting, walking with her dogs and walking on the beach every chance she could get. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children (spouses): Bobbi (Terry) Benton, Jennifer (Jess) Brakeman, and Kim (Jeremy) Burge. Grandchildren are Zachery Fitch, Adara Olson, Matthew Marshall, Ariel Harris, Dezi Kindt, Josh Brakeman, Jonathan Brakeman, Colin Burge, Nathan Burge, and Echo Burge. She is also survived by her mother in marriage, Edna King. Brothers Ray Hill, Clinton King, Danny King, Jimmy King and sister Sharon Dickens.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lafayette (Butch) King; parents, Therman and Louise Hill; granddaughter, Amanda Marshall and grandson Alex Burge.
Services will be held in Prineville, OR next spring where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
