The Lowry High School junior varsity baseball team closed out its season a little later than planned. The Buckaroos were suppose to play Fernley in early March but Mother Nature had other plans on the weekend. Lowry and Fernley met up on Tuesday in Winnemucca and split a pair of games. Fernley won the opener 13-2 and Lowry bounced back to win the finale 5-2.
