Mark A. Bidwell pleaded guilty to an amended charge of rural speeding. An addition charge of disobeying a no passing zone was dismissed on a motion by the Humboldt County DA’s Office (DA). He was fined $180 + $95AA.
Jeffrey Green pleaded guilty to an amended violation charging basic speeding 1-10 miles over the limit. The original charge was 21-30 miles over the limit. He was fined $290 + $105AA.
A charge of using a cell phone while driving against Scott Michael Kolton was dismissed on a motion by the DA.
John Paul Gomez pleaded no contest to a DUI 1 charge. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a year, on condition he serve two days or perform 48 hours of community service. He was fined $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The defendant was ordered to complete DUI School and attend a Victim Impact Panel. The defendant was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol. No controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. An additional count of open container of alcohol in the vehicle was dismissed on a motion by the DA.
Anthony Matthew Jimenez pleaded guilty to failure to stop or yield at a marked intersection. An additional charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor was dismissed on a motion by the DA. Jimenez was fined $100 + 95AA.
Wenting Wang pleaded guilty to an amended violation charging basic speeding 1-10 miles per hour over the limit. He was originally charged with speeding 21-30 miles per hour over the limit. He was sentenced to pay the fines/fees listed on the citation in the amount of $305.
Phillip L. Richardson pleaded guilty to a rural speed violation. He agreed to pay fines and fees totaling $750.
Hawk Riverz Urban pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $100 + $95AA + a $200 warrant/late fee. He was given credit for time served.

James Brendan Kirby pleaded guilty to driving when privileges as a non-resident have been canceled, suspended or revoked, speeding 11-20 miles per hour over the limit, and no current registration. He was fined $250 + $105AA for the license violation, $110 + $95 for speeding, and fined $50 + $65 AA for not having a current vehicle registration. He was given $600 credit for six days spent in jail.

Charges against Thomas Allen Slate of speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a driver’s license were dismissed on a motion made by the DA.
Kevin Shay Hummel pleaded no contest to a DUI-1 charge. The charge was reduced from DUI-2 in a plea agreement with the Humboldt County DA’s Office. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 58 days stayed for two years, on condition he serve two days. The defendant was given credit for two days already served. He was fined $400 + $125AA + $60 forensic fee and $100 Special DUI Fee. He was ordered to complete DUI School and a Victim Impact Panel. Installation of a breath interlock device was waived. He is to attend four counseling sessions. Defendant was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol. No controlled substances allowed unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.

Charges against Robert Stanley Davis of driving with a license that had been suspended or revoked for alcohol-related violations were dismissed on a motion by the DA.
Charges against Wandalin Klein for failure to yield at a controlled intersection were dismissed after the case had been deferred for six months on the condition the defendant have no further like violations and the defendant had fulfilled the condition.
Jack Albert Harrowa pleaded guilty to DUI-1. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for one year on condition he serve two days in jail. He was given credit for 12 hours already served. He was given the alternative to serve the remaining 36 hours in jail or do 72 hours of house arrest. He was fined $400 + $125AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 Special DUI fee. Harrowa was ordered to complete DUI School, The Victim Impact Panel was waived. Defendant was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol. No controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations.

Ardell Chuck Crutcher pleaded guilty to DUI-1. Additional charges of driving with a license that had been cancelled, suspended or revoked and expired registration were dismissed on a motion by the Humboldt County DA’s Office. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a year, on condition he serve two days and he was given credit for two days already served. He was fined $400 + $125 AA + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. He was given $300 credit for three additional days already served in jail. The remainder can be paid at $50 dollars a month, or through five hours of community service. The defendant was ordered to complete DUI School. The judge waived the Victim Impact Panel. The defendant was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol.
